What Hampton Reserve Is Like

Construction in Hampton Reserve began in the early 2000s, and new custom homes have been built as recently as the 2020s. Homes are large custom designs in brick, stone, and other premium finishes, typically about 4,600 to more than 12,000 square feet with 5 to 7 bedrooms, on lots of roughly half an acre to two-thirds of an acre.

The community is gated, with a creek running through it, walking trails, a community park, and underground utilities. Streets include Hampton Reserve Drive, Sanctuary Place, Morning Glory Court, and Yellow Finch Court.
